Mehidy Hasan Miraz has been appointed Bsngladesh’s Board, and will accordingly lead Bangladesh in his first assignment in the 3 match ODI series against Sri Lanka in July.
The 27-year old new ODI captain, an experienced all-rounder takes over the captaincy from Najmul Hossain Shanto in the limited-overs format.
Hasan reacted to his appointment saying, “Captaining the national team is a dream come true… this is a proud moment for me and my family .”
